Ode to Woolovers



Oh … I am not happy … it’s really cold outside.

This sort of chilly weather … I really can’t abide!

I think I need a woollie, to warm me through and through

Should I get a white one, or pink … or peacock blue?

Where will I find just what I want … it must be ‘wash and wear’

I don’t have time to mess around … with special knitwear care!

It must be soft, it must be warm … and be super trendy too;

a woollie which will every day … look good and spanking new! I know!

I’ll look on Google … and see what I can find.

It’s better than High Street shopping … which really is a bind.

I’ll search on Lambswool Sweater … that should help me out
