If you live outside of the UK or EU, we will deduct 17.5% from your order at the point of sale. When you place your order online, your duty free savings will appear on the last page, before you fill in your credit card details.
Please note: If you are a resident of the Channel Islands please select ‘Channel Islands’ from the list of countries when registering and this will remove the VAT for you at the checkout. If you live in the EU, but are posting to somewhere outside of the EU, you will not be eligible to receive duty free savings.
Currency Conversions
Please note: we do not debit your account until your order is dispatched. This means your Credit Card will charge you at the exchange rates prevailing on that date. Day to day fluctuations may result in a slightly different exchange rate from those shown in your shopping basket.
